Many of you asked for this … We are back in January for an afternoon exclusively for girls!!
3h of classes for you ladies. We’ll start gently with the basic movements of Kizomba, body isolation and we’ll slowly go to more complex tarraxinha movements . We’ll finish with a small session of afrohouse to release the pressure.
